Mass Transit Equipment India LLP (MTEI) was established in 2019, Mass Decor as it’s part,

Foreseeing the dynamic future of aluminum honeycomb core & aluminum honeycomb panels as the game changer in the building material industry. Proudly, we stand as India’s foremost and few of the select renowned producers of aluminum honeycomb core solutions. 

When Mr. Manav Jain began, he wasn’t just building a company, he was shaping a vision of how things could be better. What started as an idea soon became a movement of change.

Today, as Partner and C.E.O. of Mass Transit Equip India LLP, his vision continues to grow across borders, creating trust, shaping quality, and crafting designs that quietly stand the test of time.

We commenced our journey by trading aluminium honeycomb panels for our parent company which was founded in 1975,
a leading manufacturer of artificial leather, laminates, FRP, GFRE, honeycomb panels, PU foam, and various other building materials, primarily catering to the Indian Railways & Defense.

Roll of Aluminum Foil

Mass decor aluminum honeycomb manufacturing begins life as a roll of foil

Adhesive Printing

Foil is passed through a printer for adhesive lines to be printed accurately

Cutting and Stacking

The foil is cut to size and stacked into piles using our stacking machines

Pressing and Curing

Sheets are heated and pressed to bond together, forming a honeycomb block.

Custom Slicing

Honeycomb blocks are cut into thickness according to customer needs.

Honeycomb expansion

Finally, the honeycomb is expanded, which completes the manufacturing process.
